
CPI Security is a home and business security provider offering a range of smart protection solutions. Their challenge was to elevate their product pages to better reflect the premium nature of their brand. Following our audit, we introduced a new direction: Security, Simplified. The updated experience featured a clean, minimal visual system that reduced clutter, streamlined copy, and introduced more breathable layouts. Subtle interactive moments and modular content added polish while reinforcing trust.
What began as a one-off project grew into an ongoing partnership, with CPI bringing GALE on to redesign their CRM system and expand their web presence.

We reviewed CPI’s current product pages to identify key challenges. The biggest issues were the overuse of red CTA buttons, visual clutter, and repetitive messaging. Together, these created a lack of hierarchy and an overwhelming experience for users.

Competitive Analysis
To better position CPI in the market, we explored a range of security and tech industry websites, analyzing layout patterns, tone, visual style, and content density. This helped us identify clear opportunities for CPI to stand apart by simplifying information, reducing visual noise, and elevating the brand with a more refined, premium feel.
