
Aetna CVS Health provides Affordable Care Act (ACA) health plans for individuals and families, an offering that often comes with confusing, complex information. One of their key challenges was making these details clear, digestible, and actionable for consumers. To solve this, we designed a modular email-first component system that could flex across print, digital, social, and OOH—helping people navigate information with clarity and confidence.
The system became a core part of their ACA communications, improving efficiency and consistency across all touchpoints during a critical enrollment period. The client was pleased with the outcome and invited us to lead a follow-up pitch for an upcoming initiative.
